Biography
Rick started his singing career back in 1982, when he joined Wolverhampton-based band STEEL. Although the band encountered various problems with Management and Record Companies, they achieved quite a following around the West Midlands, working with other artists such as Magnum, Hanoi Rocks, Phil Lynott and Barclay James Harvest. Moving on from Steel, Rick then joined Irish based band MAMA'S BOYS. After a stay of nearly two years, he was forced to leave the band due to illness. This was a real blow to his career, but after a long recovery period, he was able to continue singing. In 1989, the band GRAFFITI was formed. Graffiti earned themselves a huge following, and played many venues across England, Ireland, U.S.A. and Europe.
With a lot of studio experience, including session work for radio stations, record companies, marketing companies and individual song-writers, recording in England, Ireland, Germany and Italy. His many live appearances include gigs in the UK, Germany, USA and Poland, playing to live audiences of up to 55,000.
